Description Product description for the Belgian Army M1910/15 Capote – Our reproduction M1915/18 WW1 Belgian army Capote (cloak/greatcoat) is made in heavy (over 22oz.weight), mill dyed, warm, using natural fibers (85% wool, balance cotton and other incipients – no synthetic blends), tight weave, thick Khaki wool fabric. It is cut long (reaching mid-calf), double breasted, 5 rows of khaki buttons, large collars which can be turned up in bad weather, rear half belt sewn in at waist height, rear vent/slit for marching ease, with a skirt fuller than the M1918 model. Slightly pointer turn back cuffs, shoulder straps in branch piping in service color, and slit pockets concealed under flaps are provided just like the originals. The following Piping for branch of service colors is provided free of charge – you can choose in the product selection menu. A ready reference chart is given below. Please note Officer’s often had Gold or Silver piping depending on the rank – an option that is available to you as well.
