Description Our Imperial German Army P07/10 overcoat is an authentic reproduction of the heavy wool greatcoat issued to German soldiers during the First World War. Designed for endurance on campaign and in the trenches, it combined warmth, practicality, and regulation appearance. It is made from thick field-grey wool (Feldgrau), the coat was single-breasted with two rows of six metal buttons running down the front. It featured a stand-and-fall collar in green color, wide enough to be turned up for extra protection against wind and rain. The rear had a vented skirt with a half-belt and adjustment tabs, allowing ease of movement for marching and combat. Cuffs were plain, sometimes with turn-back ends, and the interior was unlined except at the shoulders for strength. Issued from 1907 and updated in 1910, this overcoat became the standard outer garment of the German Army throughout WW1.
