Reproduction WW1 French Pilots tunic with aiguilette and embroidery

HighlightsOur WW1 French Army Pilot’s Tunic is made in Blue Doeskin wool and is a faithful replication of the original. The Doeskin fabric is 85% wool and balance natural incipients with no synthetic blends, it is tight weave, dark blue (please see color in picture), tight weave, smooth finish, and warm. The tunic comes with 4 pleated pockets with plain brass button closures (lower pockets being larger than the upper), stand – and – fall collar (with hook and eye closure), 5 button plain brass button front, shoulder loops on both sides with plain brass buttons, and inside satin-silk lining, turn back cuffs on sleeves with one inside pocket. The tunic comes with collar wing & star embroidery in gold bullion embroidery on both collars and wing design on sleeves. Gold bullion lace in provided on the sleeve just above the cuffs – please see picture. The tunic is available with custom tailoring/alteration at no extra charge.
