The medallion is identified as a "Come and Follow Me" Pope John Paul II, 1981 MACO bronze medallion. Description: Obverse: Features an embossed graphic of Pope John Paul Il w/the inscription "Come and Follow Me" & "Pope John Paul II" Reverse: Polish phrase, "Niech Będzie Pochwalony Jezus Chrystus" which translates to English as, "Praised Be Jesus Christ".
